Making Veteran Recruitment a Priority

Market Street Partners believes in veteran recruitment. We have several veterans currently on our team and look forward to growing that number. To achieve this goal, we have partnered with DOD SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes to provide employment opportunities to both transitioning Servicemembers, as well as their loved ones.

Please note: Both programs listed below are for in-person employment in our Chattanooga, Tenn., office and cannot be completed remotely.

SkillBridge

Our SkillBridge program is available for Servicemembers during their final days of uniformed commitment, offering professional civilian career experience that adds to Servicemembers’ already robust resumes.

During their time at Market Street Partners, SkillBridge interns will be fully integrated into our tax, audit and assurance, outsourced accounting, or marketing teams. At the conclusion of the program, it is our hope that participants will want to pursue future employment with our firm. However, we will support participants who wish to find alternative employment opportunities as they navigate that process.

Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship

At Market Street Partners, our support of veterans doesn’t end at Servicemembers themselves — we understand the commitment that spouses and family members make during loved ones’ time in the service as well.

Through our Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship, we hope to help smooth the transition for family members who may be relocating or experiencing other career changes as they navigate their Servicemember’s return to civilian life. Fellowship opportunities are flexible and can be established based on an individual’s unique skills and intersts.
